If you freeze the excess, so long as it doesn't have seeds (esp straw/black/rasp -berries), you can snack on the frozen treat with a spoon later :)LSULivhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00521852325351637559noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6957837251791808900.post-91645687866750937512009-10-03T07:53:30.680-10:002009-10-03T07:53:30.680-10:00I love the frozen fruit bags from costco - the tro...I love the frozen fruit bags from costco - the tropical being my favorite! I mix with 1/2 cup homemade yogurt, blend and then add milk if it needs a 'watering down'. So yummy - it's how I make my morning smoothies, just not good for midday - THOUGH - I discovered recently (as i'm always making too much) - if you put excess into a thermal mug and put the mug in the fridge, the smoothie will actually stay as a smoothie for 12hrs without separating....RGWhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17859160779650601294noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6957837251791808900.post-41889457648991109252009-10-03T07:49:35.367-10:002009-10-03T07:49:35.367-10:00Love the rundown. I always wonder what goes on in the days of other people attempting to be productive and what they think about-- so thanks for the insight :) Hope you get to relax this weekend! Oh, if you get frozen fruit from Sam's/Costco, you can make your own nutritious smoothies for ~$8/5lbs. I usually do a few ice cubes, a lot of fruit, water to about 4/5 of the fruit level and the other 1/5 fruit juice. Kind of a pain to clean up the blender afterwards, but they're so good I never mind!!LSULivhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00521852325351637559noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6957837251791808900.post-65660415639335320782009-10-03T03:43:49.095-10:002009-10-03T03:43:49.095-10:00chocolate sounds good. i hope you followed it by a...chocolate sounds good. i hope you followed it by a G&T when you got home. and you are so nice to think others are concerned. i always assume it's nosiness. sigh.Nicolahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02044553646998556989noreply@blogger.com
