So join me as I explore my own long road, from Maine to Antarctica to the UK, and most things inbetween. This blog is my ramblings from the daily life of a deep-sea biologist living as an alien in the USA, and a way to keep my family and friends in the loop that is my life without filling up everyones mailbox!

Wow
One of my geckos just came out of hiding, gobbled up a cockroach that i've been trying to catch all night, and wandered away. Maybe I can deal with the gecko poop after all.....:0)
Wow, that is awesome. I could not stand the large cockroaches that flew into my hair, or jumped on my barefoot when I was outside. I'd take a gekko any day!
Indeed! We have guest geckos sometimes, too. The worst is when they poop way high up on the wall and it's a challenge to reach it. But the lack of nasty bugs makes me mind a lot less :) Why don't you name your little visitor?
