...I really hate how the first thing they say to you at the call centers is "How is your day?". I've taken to saying "not good", as come on, generally if your calling the call center your not having a good day, generally your bank has f***ed up.......

Yeah...one that actually brought me both to tears and to swear down the phone....and that never happens....
I miss you guys too. I could have used some kid time today, there's just something about playing play-dough for a while that makes everything calm and in perspective....
yesterday would have been good. today, be glad you missed the kid time. she brought me to tears and i wanted to swear, but i resisted.

Kind of, the bank admitted it sucked, didn't charge me the enormous fees, but still left me in a bad position which they "regretably can't resolve", so still suck, but focusing on the positive, i didn't get the fees, so just have to deal with it. Ug, hate banks, they always squeeze when you can least be able to squeeze.
