They were a little fluffy, so thought I would clear them up for me to work from -
- Take packed lunch to work everyday
- Walk to work at least twice a week
- Go swimming at least twice a week
- Get more exercise (join a class, go to the gym etc) - 1-2 a week
- Do more social activity (pottery class)
- Goal - Loose 10 pounds
- Cut down my diet soda intake
- Eat better meals (more veg, meat, fish)
- Buy less food - waste less
- Buy less 'stuff' I don't need
- Goal - spend less
